When you commission me to paint your pet's portrait, you're embarking on a journey. Watercolor art may seem fragile, but the materials I use are museum quality. The artwork will be a treasured piece of history to be passed down to future generations.
For best results, provide several well lit, full body, sharp photos of your pet and I will create a composition from your photos that shows your pet in the best light.
Prices are listed below by size. I paint in mixed media based on watercolor on 300 lb cotton paper. When you receive the painting, have it professionally framed utilizing archival quality glass. These prices include free packing and shipping within the continental US. International shipping cost will be additional.
Pet portrait sizes:
Quarter sheet (11" x 15"). This is my most popular size that suits most spaces. It works best for a single subject  with maximum focus on the face and minimum space allowed for the background.
Half sheet (15" x 22"). I recommend this size for larger spaces. This can be a single subject portrait with a creative background (like abstract shapes or flowers) or a full body portrait.
Full sheet (22" x 30"). This is the most impressive size that shows watercolor to its maximum advantage. This will work great for two or more furry siblings or if the composition requires a more detailed background.
